After an excessively long days drive due to the heat and then traffic, we arrived at the entrance to our site for the overnight stop on our way to Venezia (Venice).

The site was functional, reasonably well appointed and right on Lake Garda. The pitches were tiny and a bloody challenge in the dark to get a 7.45m motorhome on to between trees and concrete blocks. Sadly, due to our timetable, our visit here was really limited as we had a site booked for the next 2 nights that was a few hundred miles away.

Suffice to say, I will return to Lake Garda as it is on my bucket list to cycle next to the lake, and it needs more than a couple of hours to explore. I would not choose this site again as the access is generally very poor.

However, for this part of our journey, a simple stop, eat, sleep and get back on the road.
